Every Minty Tees item is printed to order, just for you. That keeps waste down and lets us carry hundreds of designs, but it also means we can't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for a size you chose.
Choosing your size. Every product page has a size guide with measurements taken flat. Compare it with a shirt you already own, and text us at (626) 498-0417 before ordering if you're between sizes. We can't exchange or refund a shirt because the size you picked doesn't fit.
Wrong, damaged or misprinted items. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered (a different design, color or size than what's on your order), contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll replace it free or refund you in full. You don't need to send it back. We can't help after 14 days or with normal wear and tear.
Returns. If we ever ask for an item back, return shipping is at your expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Lost or late packages. If tracking stops moving or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, text us with your order number and we'll track it down with the carrier.
Cancellations. Contact us as soon as you can, ideally within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order has gone into production we can't change or cancel it.
Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to post it.

Fundraiser merchandise. Fundraiser items follow this same policy. Each item's share is paid to the fundraiser's family 14 days after the order is delivered, once the window above has closed. If an order is refunded, its share isn't paid. A replacement doesn't change the family's share.
