Fundraising Merch by Minty Tees

Fundraising With Minty Tees · Inquiries Open

Your story. Your fundraiser. More ways to help.

Give people who care about your cause another way to help. A shirt or hoodie can raise money for your fundraiser and carry your story further. Minty Tees creates the merchandise and fundraiser page, then handles printing and shipping.

Well suited to ongoing needs, recovery, memorials and community support. Merchandise fundraising takes time. For bills due immediately, combine it with faster funding options.

Start with a short description and an optional photo uploaded directly from your device. No account or purchase is required to inquire. Your contact information stays private. You do not need a finished design, polished story or GoFundMe to get started.

Make It Easy for People to Help

Your fundraiser page brings the story, the need and clear ways to help into one place:

  • Your story, approved photos and what the money will help pay for.
  • Your merchandise, with clear information about how each purchase supports the fundraiser.
  • Your GoFundMe, if you have one, as a separate way to donate directly.
  • Your approved social links, dated updates, and one page link to share.
  • A ready-to-use sharing message, share graphic, and printable QR flyer.

Supporters can choose to buy, donate or share. A GoFundMe is optional, and no one has to do all three.

Choose Prices That Fit Your Audience

You help choose prices that fit your audience. Your earnings depend on the product and its selling price. Before launch, we confirm what you earn from each product and when you will be paid.

A $40 or $50 T-shirt can be worth considering for a fundraiser. Supporters are helping your cause as well as buying a shirt. Those are starting points in U.S. dollars, not required prices. A higher price can increase earnings per sale, but the best choice also depends on how many people are willing and able to buy.

You approve the products, designs, selling prices and earnings before anything goes live. We also agree on payout timing and how discounts, returns or cancellations affect earnings.

Know the plan before you launch

Your inquiry requires no purchase or account. Before your campaign goes live, you approve the story, artwork, products, selling prices, and earnings.

  • No setup or design fees: starting a fundraiser costs you nothing. Confirm any order requirements as part of your campaign plan.
  • Timing: agree on a launch date after the story and designs are reviewed. Garment production and shipping happen after supporters order.
  • Your earnings: confirm what you earn per product, who receives the payments, when they are paid, and how discounts, returns, or cancellations affect them.
  • Keeping the page current: send a story update, another photo, or a correction through the inquiry form with your earlier receipt reference.

Bring questions about any of these to your inquiry so the terms are clear before you decide to launch.

What Minty handles. What you handle.

Minty: helps prepare your page and merchandise, hosts the campaign, and handles product printing and shipping.

You: provide the story and permission to use the images, approve the page and campaign terms, share with your community, and send updates. If you use GoFundMe, you continue to manage that fundraiser separately.

For a pet fundraiser, Help My Pet also offers free guides to care, payment options, food assistance, and other support. You can use those guides whether or not you start a merchandise campaign.

How to Get Started

  1. Send your idea. Tell us who or what the fundraiser supports and what is happening. Add your goal, timeline, GoFundMe, socials or design ideas if you have them.
  2. Plan it with us. We follow up about your story, products, pricing and the amount you earn. You do not need a finished design to inquire.
  3. Review your page and merchandise. You approve the public story, artwork and agreed terms before launch.
  4. Share your page. We host it and handle product printing and shipping. You reach the people who care about your cause.

Before launch, we review the organizer's connection to the recipient, permission to use the photos and artwork, and what the proceeds will support.

What to Know

We handle each merchandise order so you can focus on your fundraiser and the people it supports. Products are made to order. Allow 8 business days for production and handling, plus shipping transit time. Merchandise fundraising takes time and depends on sales; it is not guaranteed or immediate funding.

Product purchases use Minty Tees checkout. GoFundMe donations stay on GoFundMe and are separate from merchandise purchases.

How we keep fundraisers honest

You don’t need medical records or paperwork to get started. Before anything goes live, we review your story with you, along with any GoFundMe or social media pages you share.

Your page shows supporters what you’ve chosen to share, such as your GoFundMe link. Posting an update now and then helps people feel confident supporting you.

Anyone can report a concern about a fundraiser. We review every report and can pause a page while we look into it.

Photos, privacy and follow-up

The inquiry form accepts a photo directly from your phone or computer, up to 15 MB. You can start without one. To send another photo or an update, use the same form and include your earlier receipt reference. We keep original uploads and contact details private during review and confirm what you want published before launching your page. Please do not send bank details, medical records or artwork you do not have permission to use.
